2. The Marina Supplier Directory is intended to be a resource that can assist marina operators to investigate and identify marina suppliers, service providers and particular products and services that may suit their needs. 
3. Listed businesses agree to provide accurate and honest information about their facility, product or service and update the Guide as necessary to maintain its accuracy.   
4. Listed businesses may at any time access and change the information recorded about their business on the site by logging in to the site, or by request to the owner the MIA.  
5. The MIA reserves the right to reject any change made by a listed business and/or remove content that it does not believe to be accurate.  
6. The onus of proving the accuracy of the information to the MIA when questions is up to the listed business.  Until proven, the information maybe altered or removed.   No refund of any monies paid is required to be provided.

At its sole discretion, the MIA may limit access or terminate the accounts of subscribers or account holders that we deem are not acting in the interests of industry.  Information provided by subscribers may be removed or changed if in the opinion of the MIA it contains material, claims or commentary that we believe to be inappropriate, unfair, incorrect or in doubt.  No refund of any monies paid is required to be provided.
